Specifically for the students that will be conferred at the ceremonies at The HEILIX on Monday May 20th - 2 Sessions 1st 10.30am & 2nd 2.30pm

*Please Note : No Gowns will be sent to student home addresses

*All gowns will be provided to graduates on the day of graduation Monday 20th May in The Helix at the dressing area

Upon arival to Helix students who booked online will just need to provide there name at front desk checklist.

• 1st Session : Gowning dress service will start at 8.30am (10.30am Ceremony Time)
• 2nd Session : Gowning dress service will start at 12pm (2.30pm Ceremony time) 

Important Please Note 

*Final door call for the 1st Ceremony (10.30am) will be at 10.15am there will be no atmitiance once ceremony starts .

*Final door call for the 2nd Ceremony (2.30pm) will be at 2.15pm there will be no admitance once ceremony starts.

Professional photography will also be avaiable as an additional option if required by graduates.

You should return your graduation robes to the designated when the event has ended. Thank you.
