Specifically for the students that will be conferred at the ceremonies at The HELIX on Wednesday May 27th - 2 Sessions 1st 10.30am & 2nd 2.30pm
 
 
We recommend that you book online before 7pm Tuesday 26th May rather than availing of a late booking on the day of graduation at the Helix, this is in order to reduce queuing times, gowning dress service and any potentially delays to the college scheduled ceremony time. Thank you

*Please Note : No gowns will be sent to student home addresses
 
*All gowns will be provided to graduates on the day of graduation on Wednesday, 27th May, in The Helix at the dressing area
 
 
Upon arrival to Helix students who booked online will just need to provide their names at the front desk checklist.
 
1st Session : The Gowning dress service will start at 9.00 am (10.30am Ceremony Time)
2nd Session : The Gowning dress service will start at 12 pm (2.30 pm Ceremony time)
 
 
Important, please note
 
*Final door call for the 1st ceremony (10.30 am) will be at 10.15am. There will be no admittance once the ceremony starts .
 
 
*Final door call for the 2nd ceremony (2.30 pm) will be at 2.15pm. There will be no admittance once the ceremony starts.
