Graduation Gown Rental International Travel Deposit

(In the event at request of you (the Hirer) wish to or are required to leave the country with a garment(s) hired from Callaghan Robemakers in respect of each set of robe sets hired we require that you (the Hirer) pay a refundable security deposit of €200 (per set hired) when you purchase book & hire our product and or Service(s). The full amount of the security deposit will be charged to your card upon purchase. The max duration

A Full Refund of the International Travel Deposit(s) you have payed will be issused to you only and thereafter upon the safe return of the garments you have hired. The Customer will return all Goods by the date or (estimated date) agreed to Callaghan Robemakers Dundrum store

In the event of any hired goods being damage, stolen or lost occurrs due to your failure to take proper care of the Hired Garments (Gown , hood, cap ) Callaghan Robemakers legally reserves the right to invoice you ( the hirer) a Penalty Charge (by way of forfeiting the full amount of the deposit you have payed) in addition to the original hire fee for the full retail price of each and or any of garments hired by the person named on the order. Deposit(s) will be forfeited for non return or return of damaged items.

If for any reason you have a issue or problem with returning robe set within 14 days of your selected (estimated month) of Return you must please contact us asap to let us know the status of estimated return time/date.

We understand the global distruption to regular schedules work life & personal ect due to Covid-19 and will do our very best to try to accommodate you as best we can in these times

​You should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if we have provided one) inside the parcel and then return it to us by the confirmed method.
